Utilising an Existing Model - Residential House, Bourne End

Measuring and modelling existing buildings isn't just about pretty pictures and levels. Because our models are incredibly accurate, we can use them for all sorts of other uses. In this project, the client wanted to work out the cubic meters of the property whilst looking at getting an extension. With a few clicks, dimensions and some elevations, this was easily calculated using AutoCAD software, which can be used as evidence when applying for planning permission.
