Topographical Survey and Elevations - Commercial property, Dartington

We recently carried out a topographical survey on a former orchard site, exploring options for future development. The survey included a wide range of features, from TPO-protected trees and a watercourse to a listed thatched cottage on the plot. Larger, more complex sites like this require careful planning and the right equipment to ensure accuracy across every detail. As part of the work, we also produced elevations to give clear information on the existing structures, helping to support plans to expand the shop and ensure the site is futureproofed for development.
