Full Measured Building Survey, Topographical Survey, 360° Virtual House Tour and SketchUp model - Residential House, Porthleven

This survey took us to a charming residential house boasting stunning sea views in Porthleven, Cornwall. The homeowner had a desire to expand their living space through an extension, thus we provided a measured building survey encompassing various key elements which would be required for future construction. This included measurements of garden levels, roof heights and a comprehensive 360° Virtual Tour. In addition, a SketchUp model was created for the client and the design team to have a visual representation of the property to better understand the layout of the existing structure, which helps develop design ideas and solutions that complement the original architecture. By conducting this measured building survey, we were able to provide the client with precise measurements and valuable insights, enabling them to proceed with their extension project confidently and efficiently.
