Full Measured Building Survey and 3d Laser Scanning - Residential House, Plymouth

We were recently asked to produce a full measured building survey for a fascinating building originally built in 1639 and later converted into 15 individual flats. The brief included capturing the internal area of each flat as well as the shared common areas. To ensure complete accuracy, we used our laser scanners to record every architectural detail—perfect for a property with so much history and character. The final plans give a clear breakdown of how the space is used throughout the building, helping our client plan for future updates or valuation purposes. A great project to combine modern technology with historic architecture!
