Full Measured Building Survey, 3d Laser Scanning, Section and Elevations - Pub, Exeter

It’s sad to see that, on average, six pubs close down every week—that’s around 144 closures this year alone. Recently, we’ve been asked to quote on a number of pubs, with our latest job focused on helping preserve one rather than lose it. Using our laser scanner, we captured every detail of the building, creating accurate plans, elevations, and sections. These drawings give developers a clear understanding of the structure, helping them plan sympathetic and viable reuse. It’s always rewarding to use our skills to potentially save a piece of local history and give these spaces a new lease of life.
